Charoensak Techapiwatpun and Pisal Chitanuwat said goodbye to their colleagues and commemorated a successful career with the Group on February 28, 2017. Charoensak, who has reached retirement age after spending 18 years with the Group, came on board in 1999 amid the Asian financial crisis to take on the challenging role of General Manager of the pumps business in Thailand. He proved to be the best man for the job. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2002 and entrusted to lead the Industrial business. Two years later, he became Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Technology, Thailand.

He shared his retirement party with Pisal Chitanuwat, General Manager of Turf & Irrigation and Regional Manager of Irrigation, who officially retires in March 2017. Pisal joined the company in 1997 as Senior Sales Engineer. He left in 2000 and returned in 2004 as General Manager, Turf & Irrigation. In 2012, he was promoted to Regional Manager of Irrigation.

 

 

 

In 1979, a young and ambitious SL Wuu joined Jebsen & Jessen Engineering. Now, 38 years later on March 31, 2017, he retires from his role as Managing Director of Jebsen & Jessen Technology, Singapore.

 

Beginning humbly as a Sales Engineer, SL Wuu rose to Sales Manager, General Manager and finally to Managing Director. He gave his best in everything he was tasked with and contributed in many other ways,

such as taking on the role as President Director of PT Jebsen & Jessen Technology Indonesia and successfully implementing the Environment,Health & Safety framework.

 

 

 

Peter Coonan, Head of Service & Sales Centre South East Australia, retires after 26 years of dedicated service. His journey with MHE-Demag Australia started on May 5, 1991 as a Sales Engineer.

 

After quickly making his mark as a successful sales engineer, Peter was promoted to Service Manager – Victoria in October 1995. There, he was exposed to the service side of the business through direct involvement in regular service, planned and breakdown, repairs, spares and refurbishment.

 

In May 2009, he became Area Manager North Queensland – Mackay. By June 2013, he was Service Sales Manager – Perth. Just as things were settling down, Peter was called to head the Service and Sales team for South East Australia in July 2014.“Peter is one of only two or three employees in the company’s 55-year history in Australia who has such an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the business,” said Managing Director Vince Di Costanzo.
