Jebsen & Jessen Technology - Turf and Irrigation Division is steadily growing its presence in Vietnam with two recent project wins for prestigious golf courses in Bind Dinh and Da Nang respectively. 

 

 

FLC Samson Beach & Quy Nhon Golf Resort 

 

FLC Group has placed a second irrigation order for their brand new golf and residential project in Quy Nhon City, Bind Dinh Province in Vietnam. The golf course is designed by well-known golfer and golf architect Jack Nicklaus, with irrigation design by Prevost Stamper Irrigation and construction management by Flagstick. 

 

This makes it the third Jack Nicklaus project that the Division has worked on with Prevost Stamper Irrigation and Flagstick – Legend Hill, located near Hanoi, was completed in August and the FLC Samson project was completed in September this year. 

 

This time, the Division has been commissioned to deliver and install Toro’s irrigation system including Lynx Central Control, Flowtronex Pump Station, pipes and allied material. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. 

 

 

 

Over in Da Nang, the Division has successfully won another project from Sun Group Vietnam to supply and install a complete Toro decoder irrigation system, with Lynx Central Control including pipes and allied materials as well as a full fleet of Toro golf course maintenance equipment. 

 

Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2016, the high-profile golf course is designed by IMG and Luke Donald. It is expected to become one of the finest in Asia. 

 

Sun Group is a long-standing customer of the Division, which has supplied Club Car utility vehicles and irrigation to many of the hotels and resorts owned and managed by the group. 

 

The Division has been serving ASEAN’s golf sector for over 20 years. In addition to supplying world-leading equipment, it also consults on all aspects of turf and horticultural management.
